Totally screwed. Janice knows that this will take her daughter down if it doesn't go in her favor. She will not let this happen. If the case is tried the only smart thing to do would be to go to the 1st Circuit. Frankly, I don't even know if Don Johnson should be handling the case, it's kind of a conflict as well considering the defendant's mother is his colleague

Agreed. I got a slap on the wrist recently for comments made here related to some of these people, so I'm assuming Chicken already catches enough shite from them as it is from threads started on TD. Using the TD name for a troll account on FB is definitely not going to help and just going to create BS for Chicken.
