Academically, I don't know. But as far as behaviorally and the teachers, not from the feedback I get from parents and students. But at least in my experience I would put McKinley above those three for sure.

I'm sure the others are bad too.

But, just for the sake of information.

McKinley students meet the state AVERAGE test scores at a rate:
10% below in English
9% below in Biology
18% below in Math.

The school is 85% black.

No matter what your race is as a parent......if you have the ABILITY to avoid it, but still send your kid to a school like McKinley, as far as I'm concerned, it's a form of child abuse.

I should add that based on results, apparently Tara high school makes McKinley look like Harvard

Good God. I looked up Tara and thought it was a train wreck.

But you're correct, those two are worse.

Based on results, I'm not even sure you can call Capitol a "school".

why is it that such a high percentage of these videos are from a race that only makes up less than 15% of the population?

Your mom has a bigger pair than you do apparently. Tara is a damn nice neighborhood and area. Should we all just tuck tail and move to Walker?

We live in The Tara school district but really not all that close to the school. I didn't realize it until a year after we moved in. I'd rather meet Tyson at Sonic than to send my kids there.

Hard to get in but yes. It's a magnet school and one of the best in the state.

If you have high school aged kids and you send your kids to Tara, Capitol or Glen Oaks when you COULD send them to Walker, you're a fricking tard at best, a complete unloving a-hole at worse.

I understand some people don't have the option and ability to change. But those that do and don't are child abusers.
