Just imagine if that would happen on the Old River Control Structure. Ammonium Nitrate is an often used explosive. OKC,the IRA used it extensively in Ireland and England. Google ANFO. Farmers used to use it to blow stumps.

Read something earlier, he was out of the truck with 911, but either walked back towards the truck or standing too close when it kaboom.

They found him 1 dead and 2 injured he was from here where i live, he drove for a local trucking company. Brakes caught fire and set it off. almost blew the windows out of my house 28 miles from the explosion.
