False. Dudes who worry about what others think about them are the bitches of the world.

"Jesus wept."
—The Bible, John 11:35
As recently as the 19th century, male tears were actually celebrated as a sign of honesty, integrity and strength. And not in the "you're brave enough to show your weakness" way, but just as a symbol that you actually gave a crap.

Did Ronald ever cry while addressing the people?

Well, I cry at just about every episode of "This is Us".
Don't know if that answers your question though.

You don't cry at the radiologist's office when you're hearing her talk about what the x-ray could be.
You don't cry in the car when she's telling you she's scared.
You don't cry when you're at the oncologist's office with her and he confirms that it is cancer.
You don't cry during the doctor's visits, the hospital stays, the surgeries, and the chemo treatments. You can't let it out then; she needs you and you are the support.
Alone, at night, far from her, you sob and you beg and you pray for her to be well.
You break down after the last chemo treatment and the all clear report. when. it's. gone.

If you have kids you’ll find yourself at the least tearing up everytime they accomplish something in their lives.

If you watch the movie Saving Private Ryan and don't cry during the last scene at the cemetery, you have no soul and should be killed before you harm others you goddamn sociopath.

It takes a big man to cry. It takes an even bigger man to laugh at that man. ETA: too late, dammit.
Seriously, I assume you never passed a kidney stone.

To OP - False - men do cry...but at the acceptable level at acceptable times
Stub your toe, Talk shite and get decked in the face, Bills are due...this is all basic level suck it the frick up and you better not even have watery eyes...you are allowed to have a cursing fit though.
Watching a movie that you find really sad...you are allowed a tear but no snot dripping and breathing sounds. Also you must conceal it from all in view.
putting down your dog and staying with them till the end, the loss of a loved one...you get a full weep session.
