In 2021, the Rambo actor purchased a sprawling $35.4 million home in Palm Beach, according to the Palm Beach Daily News.

So, Stallone's 1.5 acre property is worth over $35 million, but Mar-a-Lago is only worth half that?

frick that POS judge in NY.

That's not what is happening. The wife and I relocated from So Cal to Idaho about six months ago. Last night we were at the Lincoln Dinner and one of the speakers was the Idaho Secretary of State. He referred to us as "COWs" (California, Oregon and Washington) and said that, according to his data, we are overwhelmingly registering as Republicans. As he put it, "Idaho is a red state and it's getting redder."

I met him when he was filming something in Nola in 2010ish. He was pretty cool. Mostly talked about all the Tulane and Loyola chicks he was banging while in town.

I thought it was widely known that the Uber elite have to own property in Florida and spend a certain amount of time there in order to get an incredible tax break from the IRS

Sounds like he is taking us to the next level, but if I were part of the elite wealthy getting squeezed to pay taxes on every penny I earned and every asset I worked my arse off to own, I would get the frick out as well

Same with FL. People always assume bc New Yorkers and what not move here that it’s just a matter of time before it’s blue, but they’ve been moving here for decades now and the state has gotten more red.

Sure there are a few people who move and don’t change their voting habits but the majority are moving to get away from that.

Florida is trending more and more red in every election. One of my neighbors is a former cop turned broker from Orange County. He might be the most radically conservative guy I know.

TX might be a different story.

a lot of celebs are doing this. 50 Cent and Drake have both claimed residency in Houston over the past 2 years.

They’re making it public to send a message. The message is, California needs a revival. Like a huge revival.

I always say just give it time and cali will eventually come back around. Just takes a few legit governors to get the wheels in motion.

It would be nice to be able to live in California because it has the most natural beauty of any state in the country and it isn’t even close. You can see beaches, deserts, mountains, valleys, basins, etc. You can see and do anything you’d ever want to and never have to leave the state.

CA is done and it’s never coming back. Too much damage has been done. The people who would vote to make a difference are all leaving or have left.

And NY is following in its footsteps.
