Contract expires in 60 days and it seems like they want to replace Sodexo.
Sodexo is basically a low pay DEI program for people that have no skills. For a city that prides itself on service and hospitality, they are beyond awful.
But if the other option is Aramark… ugh.

I guess its them who do the Pelican games? Because this exact thing happened to me at a Pelicans game.
Well.... It wasn't completely raw.. It was as if someone stuck it in the oven, counted to 5 and took it out.

I will say, the quality of food at the superdome is hands down better than anything at LSU. No in stadium kitchen severely hampers 100 yr old Tiger Stadium, but its not like that is an unsolvable problem.
If there are three companies competing for the Dome concessions, I will take the 4th place company sight unseen to replace Aramark.
