No, I believe it’s a fact that people who have to throw out terms like boomer on an anonymous internet message board are overwhelmingly gay and a bottom.

I believe the Super Bowl has became quite popular.
So popular that, Super Bowl is autocorrected to be capitalized

Just think about how many TVs are in a Walk ons and there is your answer.

Were boomers boycotting the Super Bowl? Or, considering your average boomer is well into their 60s or 70s so they just went to bed?

So what? Why do some people make it a point to tell people they didn’t watch the Super Bowl? Some people enjoy football and others don’t.

At the beginning maybe.
I can’t believe that record numbers were watching the blowout.

Many were just watching for the DOGE commercials that never happened.

Doesn't matter to me. Watch all you want. I still didn't watch a minute of it or the NFL this year or for that matter the last 8 years.

NFL is scripted. WWE has better writing.

How did they get to that number?
Simple Cajun math
Sports bars are popping up everywhere and they probably count every stream/feed that goes into those things
Multiply that times the maximum number of occupants allowed by fire code

Watch a video yesterday comparing Super Bowl 29 to 59.
One of the crazy stats or coincidences was involving the Saints trading a player to the winning team.
Numbers wise, the NFL got sloppy on the stats

Didn't watch any of it.

Honestly thats impressive. I wasn't interested in the first place and was completely done by the end of the second quarter

Good for the NFL. They have done a great job of replacing their hardcore fans that have left with teenage girls that follow taylor swift, or viewers from foreign countries that don't understand the rules. As they continue to go the WWE route, this is demographic they will need.

Measuring viewing ratings by using Nielsen numbers has always been a joke. Now that we have so many people that have cut the cord and are utilizing various streaming services, legal or not, these reported numbers are even more unreliable.

Well I am not a boomer but maybe it was a good move for the NFL to end the kneeling and “End Racism” on the end zones bullshite.
People may be trickling back after the NFL course corrected on the social justice BS.
