Suggestion for Pre-Paid Debit Card

I have an elderly mother who I help out every month. I usually buy her gift cards for gas and a local grocery store and stuff like that. However, I am looking for a pre-paid debt card that I can just give her and load money to it from online. That is really the most important feature.....the ability to load $$$ online.
I just worry about her when she needs a few buck snd I can't immediately drop everything and drive out to her house. Seems it would be easy if I could just call her and say, " hey mom.....I put X dollars on your card."
Seems like most of these cards you gotta re-load at some retail establishment or something. Anyone have a suggestion for what I am looking for?

USAA does this. But you probably don't have USAA.

Tell her to get a PayPal account and to get the PayPal Debit Card from PayPal.com. Don't get the PayPal cards they sell at Dollar stores but rather the actual Mastercard you apply for on the site.
With the actual Mastercard you get from PayPal's site you can send her money and it goes straight to her PayPal account which is linked to the card. Plus, if she uses it as a credit card instead of debit she gets 1% cash back.
I have a few workers that prefer to get paid through PayPal because it's so convenient.

A friend used a Visa Buxx card for his college daughter. Loaded money to it online from his bank account.

Yeah I don't see why you don't just make a new account with whoever you bank with and link it to yours so you can deposit money. Just make it where they can't over draft.

He said elderly mother. Which is the equivalent of a teenage daughter in college. Not a wise financial decision.
My 90 y/o grandmother was persuaded to by a $3k vacuum from a door-to-door salesman without anyone else's knowledge. And to top if off, she can't even physically clean her house anymore. So no, they can't be trusted.

Get her a Google Wallet card. That way you can easily send money to her through Gmail.

PayPal is easy and convenient. Bluebird from Walmart seems to have zero fee's
