You want it to keep draining. Warm compress or hot bag (use an ice bag) to keep the oil liquid.
It turns into a hard marble if your unlucky and then you have to get them cut out.

Go to an ophthalmologist if it doesn’t get better soon. I had one that kept getting worse and the initial antibiotics didn’t work.

You have to use those warm compresses religiously. If it keeps returning you need antibiotics. It should improve after that.
