An old football coach, who moonlighted as a male stripper in college, PROMISED me that they don't allow women to give blowies, even at bachelorette parties.

Serious question, by your logic then did the soldiers of Maryland and Delaware fight the south to protect slavery in their state too?

All the Pharaohs and Emperors were Black Africans...
I gave the WTF look...and she thoroughly explained her position...I asked why there are black Africans in the same picture as some of them...
She went on about Cleopatra, and I said, I thought her grandad was Ptolemy...a greek...
She was pissed, I shut up.
To be honest, though, she was one of the best teachers I ever had, just that one time, I thought 1. why does this matter? And 2. It doesn't make sense...

That still has nothing to do with "just because you're smart, doesn't mean you're smart". If her class was worth a shite we would have paid attention, it's not like we failed her class. She was just a bad teacher and we learned better from teaching ourselves.

Wait...what? Your teacher asked you that exact question, and you just happened to know that there was an image you could pull up which illustrated that exact concept?

The poor routinely are tricked into supporting the interests of the wealthy by using ideas like patriotism and honor.
Exactly what im saying! Whether you think they were tricked or not...they were fighting for patriotism and honor.

That was certainly why many of the individuals were fighting. But that has absolutely nothing to do with what the war was waged over. The "poor fricks" you described didn't start the war or wage the war. They were pawns. The war was about slavery.

Well, he/she was probably right about that. Even if you are successful now and even if you are still a shite, you're almost certainly at least a much bigger shite.

There were a lot of people fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq just because they hate Muslims. Tell me, why were we fighting in Iraq & Afghanistan? We're talking big picture, not on an individual level.
The argument is about the purpose of the war as a whole. The war was fought over the struggle for slavery. Go read the Southern secession Commisioners' letters, and tell me what you think the goal of going to war was. Virtually every single letter mentioned slavery as the primary reason for "X" state to secede and fight for the Confederacy.

my math teacher once went on a rant and said " you might be a welder and weld your dick off".
I had an English teacher who told someone in my class "your daddy should have shot his load on the wall".
I had a math teacher.. She was a black teacher, she was strict but pretty cool. She hated black people who "acted black", but she would actually use another word.. She would be fired today if she said the shite she said to use. One day this black dude was arguing with the black chick and he said "guuuuuuhh" and the teacher threw an eraser at him. Told him he sounded like he came straight off the plantation and gave him punish work. She made him get poster paper and in green ink (school colors) and fill the poster up with the word "girl".
