Looks like it does have a "loop", err roundabout, just outside of Woman's north of Airline.

The light to turn on airline from it is entirely too short. It lets about 4 cars through.

I had a big fat cow who was leaving women's hospital cut in front of me while I was in the traffic circle today. She didn't stop and didn't even look to see if anyone was in the circle.

Well, they changed it.
Now, if you're coming from Jeff hwy, you have a Stop sign after you veer right to Jeff hwy.
As you recall, it used to be a Yield sign from the other direction.
Hard to explain, but it sucked earlier, and may or may not now.
