Study: Obese men 'last' longer in bed

Estradiol reportedly inhibits the male organ.
In the study, patients with premature ejaculation were often thin, but that the rates of PE dropped when the men put on weight.

I don't know that fatties using half the thrusts in twice the time in order to avoid a heart attack really counts as "lasting longer".

Drugs for chronic fatty conditions can make you last longer or develop slight ED which could also make you last longer once erect.
Diabetic, heart, cholesterol, weight loss, depression, etc. meds
