People say that Los Angeles has so many homeless people because of the good weather. L.A. and San Francisco have needles and human feces all over. Forgive me, bu isn't San Diego a city that is in California, and has great weather? It is not a problem because of the weather. It is a problem because you have cities run by idiots.

All major cities have a homeless problem. The point is that in L.A. and San Francisco they allow them to be anywhere they want. There is human feces and needles everywhere. Not that way in San Diego. Please pay attention, it does not cost anything.

This is a much bigger problem that is not tied to Democrat or Republican leadership. It's an addiction crisis. Those same people live in your town, you just don't see them as much. If that means the problem isn't present you're delusional.

The HEP A outbreak in 2017 literally started in San Diego.
San Diego suffers from the same issues of sanitation as SF and LA. All of which are worse because of a controversial 9th Cir. decision in 2018.
