For about three weeks now, a number of stray cats have been somehow getting into my attic. I’m not sure why or how, but it’s been keeping me up at night and I’ve had to catch them and put them back outside. Do y’all think that I possibly have a rat problem and the cats are just chasing them into the attic? Has anyone else ever had this problem because I’ve never seen this happen before.

It's probably rats or squirrels

Check your vents under the house overhang

They probably had several litters of kittens in your insulation. Listen for a faint "Meow" sound.

Get your water hose, spray them out of your attic, problem solved.

Are they playing rockabilly? Does one of them have a double bass?

Ask Brian Setzer to strum you a tune while he’s up there. Ha a minute late.

My sister in law and her husband have a cat that stays in their attic a lot. It also pees in the insulation. They just had to replace part of the ceiling in their master bedroom from cat piss leaking down through the insulation and into the ceiling above their bed

I knew they were down on their luck but not that far gone to be breaking into attics.

Can you blame the little dudes? They get their dinner from a garbage can.
