My cardiologist stated that preliminary results from ongoing studies are showing ~25% of COVID survivors have long-term cardiovascular issues.

And 60-70% of people are fat fricks so checks out

Wondering if anyone has dealt with similar symptoms. TLDR

That's not how TLDR works.

Is it possible for you to stop being a fig for 2 minutes?

About 2 weeks after having covid I woke up with my heart beating really fast. Went to a urgent care and was told to go to the ER because I was in AFib. Was treated and sent home the next day. If your having heart rate issues, I would see about getting a EKG just to make sure it isnt AFib. Good luck.

When I got covid 2 years ago I wore a finger oximeter to measure 02%. The surprising thing was my pulse went to 140 at rest when the symptoms got going.

O2 was never a problem. That virus does seem to attack the heart though. That's probably why people are fatigued with covid.

I had Delta last August. In fact, today is the 1 year anniversary of me going on the vent. I was on it for a week. I went in weighing right at 220. Spent almost a month in the hospital and rehab. Dropped to 180. I train BJJ and still do tournaments and usually stay around 205-210 to weight cut to 200 but Covid kinda killed those event so I ballooned on up. Strength though went way up and I am natty btw. I was probably as strong as I was in my 30's pre-Covid and I was 49 last year. Now, I struggle to get anywhere near the kind of rolls on the mat that I used to and my last CT scan showed my lungs 100% clear. I am afraid that I am probably never going to get back to where I was which I guess I am ok with since I am 50 but shite this sucks knowing where I was at last year.

You have anxiety.

I dealt with most of the same stuff after I got delta. Except I’m really skinny so that was not an issue.

You’ve been cleared by doctors. Try not to think about every little issue with yourself and learn to cope mentally with the changes in your body.

Sleep - have a beer or two. Its not gonna kill you
Exercise
Water.

I drink on average 130 oz of water a day M-F and about 90 oz on weekends bc I’m busier out and about and hate peeing all day.

Exercise 5 days a week at least. I’m talking get you’re heart rate up. Bike or jog.

Things will normalize after awhile.

I know that anxiety is part of the problem and I really try not to worry about it but it's hard to do when your playing with your kids and all of a sudden your legs or arms start twitching like crazy.
