Not that anyone asked but just received word that my uncle in Houma is okay and the house is fine with superficial damage. Tree down, fence down, shingles, siding, etc., no power or water pressure but he is safe which is the most important thing. Praying for everyone who stayed.

In Prairieville, still have power by some miracle. Having the TV on is keeping me sane. Every time the wind gets bad my roof creaks and my blood pressure shoots up.
Prairieville is where we are coming Tuesday. I am part of a group what provides free meals after disasters. We should arrive Tuesday afternoon but our first meal may not be until Wednesday. It will depend on how long it takes to clear out our setup location and get everything setup.
I will post location when I know what it is.
Please stay safe and healthy. Help is on the way but it will take a little time.
If anyone wants to contact me they can do so at alphaandomegatd@gmail dot com.
Editing to add location
We are supposed to be setting up at:
Fellowship Church
14363 Hwy 73
Prairieville, LA 70769

Same here. My kids already went to bed. Now I know how my parents felt for Andrew. This sucks

Can’t remember where you are, I’m by Blackies, mine flickered twice earlier
I'm off Morgan Rd near Greenwell Springs Rd. Power went out for a second or two twice just now. Been flickering every now and then.
