Is this true, it being 14 feet above ground.
He said 7 above sea level and 7 up the tree.
Math helped him reach his conclusion.

Very impressive. I would love someone to do a full interview on him.

Martin Folse talking to the guy that manages the flood retention wall in Golden Meadow. The water is above the wall, which is around 11-12' high. Unreal.

There's a slight TDS with the Tornado Warning near Foley, AL. Take cover if anyone is near there.

Wow. All that brown water is dirt leaving the island that will never come back.
Not the crystal clear blue water GI is accustomed to seeing.

Can’t believe Big Dick Cam is back _ it’s so hard to tell but it looks like the left part of the house is damaged

One of the reported 40 people who stayed on Grand Isle has called 911. A real genius.

Observation site just NW of Grand Isle reported sustained winds of 116 mph. You just don't see actual observations of major hurricane force winds very often. #IdaWx #lawx LINK

Carrollton, Hollygrove, and the Lower Garden district all have pretty extensive power outages in NOLA. Uptown hanging strong.
