I’m not sure what to think. Last year we lost power for Zeta for about 12 hours and had fence damage. But nothing major.
But I’m guessing this will be a lot worse and a few houses got water in them back in May

My dad had three kids in less than three years… my sister and I are less than a year apart… my dad was an airman and when I was delivered he went to pay… the doctor said no charge … this one is on me… anyone with two kids in one year is no charge …

Ida fired a hot tower (an intense thunderstorm that develops in the eyewall) right as it moved offshore. A new HT has fired just as the southern side of the EW has moved offshore. Not that anyone was wondering if this was going to happen, but the offset HT pattern is usually a sign of an intensifying system.

The max gusts seem a little low for Orleans and St. Tammany right? 58mph in west St.Tammany as a max? I hope so, but seems odd.
