TWC just said they will fine you for getting in the water at Pensacola Beach.
I get why they do this, but it’s still bullshite. They can’t enforce private beaches up to the high water mark, but they can stop you from going in the water?

That makes sense, but the center of circulation doesnt even visually appear to be under Biloxi if you look at that radar image Northendzone just posted.
I'm not doubting the accuracy, just saying this storm's mapped center appears far off than the area where center circulation visually appears

Is it center of circulation or center of low pressure readings? Can wind shear offset or tilt the circulation?

Because people are stupid and lifeguards will have to risk their own lives going to get your dumbass when you get caught in a rip. If you want to go out, grab a board with a thether, its lega lthat way.

Its tricky. And the max high tide line can be subjective. Some of these properties get overzealous in how close their property goes to shore

If you have a closed eye in the middle of the clouds somewhere is screwed.

So im supposed to be flying into Houston tomorrow evening and driving into Baton Rouge.
