Future Tropical Storm Bertha is now stationary
Stationary = Not Good
Models are partially based on forward movement.
NHC expects that TS Bertha will develope overnight and the chance of her becoming a Cat 1 have now increased due to her expected tracking across the 86-88 degree northern gulf waters
Macintosh's prediction might not be that far off
