I went to Wal-Mart yesterday to get a few things in a regular manner, not virus prepping or anything. Just some bread, milk, eggs, the usual. Everything was calm and orderly. So I was like third or fourth at the register and everybody in front of me was buying alcohol and the lady checking everyone out had the same comment for everyone when she scanned their alcohol:
“That’ll kill the coronavirus, huh?”
I admire the dedication but part of good comedy is mixing it up

you incorrectly assume and draw conclusions where there is none justified, i graduated from LSU, still support LSU, enjoy LSU sports, hence why i joined TD,
just had two children seek higher education at a much better academic institution, ton of my money went to A&M, have received tremendous support from A&M since our daughter's accident, endowment scholarships have been created in our daughter's name, she will never be forgotten and will benefit other A&M students/grads forever, i support A&M for those reasons, nothing wrong with that is there...

Wal-Mart pickup usually lets me have my choice of Friday time slots even as late as Thursday night. By 8:30 p.m. Thursday, all the Friday morning slots were booked.
I picked 3:00 to 4:00. There are usually maybe two other cars there with me, but all 10 spots were filled, and other cars were parked nearby.
I only had to wait about 25 minutes, so much better than the experience posted above. The employee said they had over 7,000 items to pick when she arrived at work that morning.
They had all my stuff except a simple gallon of water.

My problem is I live in Jackson. A Kroger, a Wal-Mart, four small groceries, and that's it. Each burb has 2 or 3 stores and that's it so everyone is pretty much hitting the same store

Every Saturday morning wife and I have a coffee then go to Wal Mart for pick up service.
