However…at a minimum a second guy was headed into the store strapping. Odds are at least one of them would’ve shot/killed the store owner.

I can tell that article was not written by a mainstream journalist. Not by his writing style, but by the content of his words,

This was in Riverside County, which is pretty conservative, so no chance he gets charged

Bc more than likely if he got hit with buckshot the only thing keeping the arm attached was the hoodie sleeve and a few slivers of shin, and muscle.
