It goes to show he was a career criminal, a piece of shite who refused to follow laws, look at his rap sheet, if anybody should know how to be arrested it should be him, practice makes perfect

Which has absolutely nothing to do with the arrest. The cops didn't ID him, they have no idea what kind of past he has. The video is right there to decide whether or not he went for the gun, thats ALL that matters. Anything else is just bullshite thrown around by dumbasses like you in a weak attempt to point fingers.

Think of it this way: A junior in college, dating a sophomore in high school.

no resisting arrest And reaching for a pistol in your pocket does

no, it doesn't. But it does give an officer the legal justification that his actions, if not excessive, were in defense of life

It has nothing to do with what happened the night he was killed,

Not correct. The two issues are directly related.

The man was a convicted felon, sex offender, drug dealer, house burglar, and parole violator.

If he was a law abiding citizen, he would still be alive. But he chose to break the law, and he chose to carry an illegal gun. Then, he failed to obey a lawful command, and then resisted arrest.

His death is directly related to his criminal lifestyle.

The cops were called because he was waiving a gun. It is reasonable to presume that at some point before the video the topic of whether he had gun came up and he likely denied.

So in a scuffle ensued and they see a gun, while e is resisting arrest and reaching for it......

No shite. I'd be shocked if they'd said two words to each other since he knocked and bolted.

I love how she's all well-spoken in front of the cameras. I'd love to be a fly on the wall during her everyday routine. I'll bet she's a bit different then, much like:

You guys realize that it is gentlemen like this in BR, Ferguson, Baltimore, Minnesota, and New York......that are the cause for riots, police killings, etc....

What a bunch f'ing winners the black community has to rally around....

Could you imagine if a real hero of theirs was killed?

Wait I have to think of who that might be....
