Top 3 that I've actually driven in on numerous occasions were:

1. NY
2. MD
3. CT

If La isn't #1 the list is shite

Have you ever met Mormons that live in large Mormon communities? They're extremely rude to non Mormons.

Nice people when they live somewhere like the South where there not many other around. But move out to Utah where there's entire neighborhoods and towns full of them and they'll completely shun and just be general dicks to anybody that isn't Mormon. They wouldn't give you a glass of water or call 911 if your house was on fire and you were their neighbor unless you're LDS. Not surprised they let out that pent up rage on the roads.
