he never gave her a paper ticket.
If she didn't receive a paper ticket nor sign anything, there's no ticket to worry about. He has to give her something that has the offense, his name and the court date on it.
What did he do, just get back in his vehicle and drive off?
Her saying she got a ticket then saying he never gave her a ticket are opposing things.

She told me he wrote down some information, gave her license back to her, went back to his car and left.

Not so fast, Holster Sniffer. The judge will hear both sides and if the violator has a good point and backs it up....it can be dismissed.
After you sit there all day and wait for the duty judge to get to you.

I've seen this a few times, and yes, even in the 19th JDC.
You must have a lot of free time.

That happened to me once when I was 16 and I wrote an article to the paper and it got published.
Your lies are getting more ridiculous by the day.

Is your wife as uneducated as you sound?

So she did not get a ticket then. As others have said,,,one or both of you are lying, stupid or both.

The worst part of this thread is the sad reality that the OP and his wife will soon reproduce.

Seat belt ticket doesn't affect her driving record. Just pay it and grow the frick up.

Lucky he didn't tack on improper lane useage; left lane for passing only.

The wife just called me to let me know she recieved the dick from a state trooper. She told me the dick was not wearing a condom, but she assured me she was wearing her condom, she wears navy blue scrubs to work and has a dark man fetish and the trooper made her get out of the car and argued with her that he didnt have a condom on. She always wears her condom so I believe her side of the story, is there any real way to fight this BBC? I know this dick is her first offense with the BBC but it comes down to principle
Sorry your girl is banging a black state trooper, and got her story mixed up

I was pulled over many years ago for speeding, which I was in fact doing. The officer told me why I was I getting the ticket and so on, and then ended it with a "...and you should consider yourself lucky I decided not to give you a seatbelt ticket too." Except I was wearing my seatbelt. I only took it off after pulling over and shutting off the car to get my registration out of the glove compartment.

Chances are the trooper will not show up at court.
