She was on Joor Rd in Central, and she drives a navy blue Cobalt, like I said were not worried about the twenty five bucks, its the principle of the whole situation, to make everything worse the wife is pregnant with our first child so the emotions are all over the place.

Yes. I had an expired inspection sticker a couple of months ago. The trooper decided to be nice and only wrote me a seat belt ticket.
