Build a second level highway for non-exiting through traffic....they could take up a collection from everyone traveling from Texas to Florida and pay for it in one summer

the plan is to close it and move it further up on 110 before it merges with I10

I think I heard this week that I10 will be widened from highland road (BR) to hwy 73- it’s needed but geez. The cluster frick
