Haven’t used a credit card or cash at Starbucks for several years now. Transactions are always through their app in order to collect stars for more of their overpriced drinks.

Chick-fil-A puts customers orders in a plastic bin and the customer takes it from the bin. Optics.

I don't have any real problems with people drinking Starbucks coffee.
But I have a real problem with the line for Starbucks coffee. It's not THAT much better than McDonalds or gas station coffee and not worth the time or hassle.
