I don’t know why they let these people out. They can’t be fixed. Prison probably makes it worse.

But there are people who don't want us to be allowed to have guns. Meanwhile dudes like this are let loose on society. Multiple convictions and he tries this at 3:30 in the afternoon in a public place. Definition of a Predator.
I hope they are looking into any missing females or open sexual assault cases.

She did the world a favor. Prison did not rehabilitate this man so this was the best option.
