No. They aren't even covering it anymore.
As for the skin cells, yes, and also sweat would be a decent bet, but I'd have swabbed the officers face before the gun. If he really beat the shite out of the cop, I don't see how that's not absolutely provable.

For some reason, couldn't get on the site last night. Take it it was a slow night anyways. Haven't caught up so don't know if any of this has gotten leaked and don't know if it's true. Talked with a somewhat friend who works for another north county municipality who has been working Ferguson since this broke out.
So take it for what it's worth.
For the obvious...FBI informed them Sharpton has paid for the instigators flights into town.
MB fingerprints are on the gun
MB blood is inside the cop's car.
The rest, we've already discussed or know

One of the key things left to find out... If so, no way he is ever convicted.
I posted yesterday a leak that said there is pretty definitive proof that there was a struggle for the weapon, which had to be DNA or Prints on it.

To give the impression that they're giving it 100% effort. Get it done too fast and people wonder if you just swept it under the rug.
Let things simmer down for a bit, hope for some other national crisis to take the heat off of Ferguson, though I could make a case for do it now, get it done, it's already a mess up there and it's gonna be a mess afterwards, so just do it and get it over with while the national guard and everyone is already there.

Missouri GJ's don't meet every day, it is a once a week deal. So they are done until next week already.

Did he mention anything about other witnesses at the scene corroborating the officers side of the story?
I'd figure if he knew about the prints, he'd know if there were witness statements.

I would say the prints and the blood INSIDE the car would show that for sure. If it's true. I tend to believe him but had to listen to so much rhetoric in between I just don't know. We'll see.
