I many people eyes especially in the black community, DW is flat guilty. Not Guilty until proven innocent, flat out guilty and unless he is convicted and convicted within a few days they will not be satisfied. Sad reality but it's true. God help us though if he is found innocent. City will be up in flames and we could have another Rodney King riot situation on our hands.

A lot of state level politicians aren't that bright. Take a state-level politician and subtract 15 IQ points and subtract some polish from their speaking abilities and you have a local politician.

I hear you same scenario different case. News runs with story nothing backing it up shows pics of innocent victim once real evidence behind to emerge the damage is done. Don't get me wrong do cops shoot innocent yes black and white people but goddamn they killing our boys thing is

I think it's very possible that they won't even charge the officer. That will be a shitstorm if it happens.

Probably right. Just heard on Fox a bit ago about a report that there was evidence that at one point MB had his hand on officer's gun.

But I dont know if the cop thought of that and preserved them. Maybe so. Maybe they never existed. There are a lot of eyewitnesses who haven't run to the media, so we'll see. I think that normally, there probably wouldn't be any charges. If it happens, I think it's because Holder pushes for it. Then, they can ride the guilt and unrest wave until the elections.

You don't think if there was a struggle for the handgun, with the different ridges and patterns on the gun that there could possibly be skin cells? Or are those skin cells not enough for collectable DNA? Asking, not arguing.

I have heard of 3 autopsy's yet have not heard a single thing regarding a toxicology report? Was Brown drunk? High? Both? Neither? Seems like this would / should play into the equation.
