Sucks too. I love St. Louis and try to make a trip up at least once a year to make a Cards game and hang out around town. Wife and I went to a Museum over by the zoo a couple of years ago really enjoyed it.

Yepp. That's why many, including the Browns are missing the point. It ain't about black or white. Saw the family of this kid on CNN, definitely sad stuff.
The police forces in this nation have got to get a grip with all the excessive displays of force. Repeated stories of police brutality cause resentment in the public and over time resentment turns to violence.

these small police forces are big issues
they do not have the fund to get good police officers, and any black police officer wil lstay in city, move to County, or in another County department.
thus you have some yokels in munis and derelict cops. some of the black cops in the smaller munis are dumber than boxes of rocks.
