Has this been confirmed vs him attacking the officer? And if so I disagree still bc he may not have touched the gun itself right?
frick no, some witness say the cop grabbed him, some say by the neck. Nobody will ever know this shite.
Tobin made a good point hard to believe the kid attacked the cop in the car from foot. Sounds more like he resisted arrested. Also, I think everyone agrees when cop tried to get out of the car and the kid slammed the car door on him.
Keys are did he shoot him in the back like witness said or was the guy rushing him like a madman. If so he would have to be on some serious drugs.
Forensics will figure this out in next few weeks

That was not a witness but friend of the cop and then the FPD confirmed that was his story. (It was a way to get his side of the story out without him actually having to say anything.)
