Have you even been following this? They HAD THEIR CHANCE to peacefully protest. Obviously they don't know how. This is what happens. National Guard is there now, they just need to deal with it.

They probably will make more in donations and book rights than they can get in a civil suit considering Zimmerman is probably broke.
I would be shocked if they throw good money after bad pursuing him but I am probably giving them too much credit.

That's interesting.
As fricked up as FL is, it seems like they have it right on stand your ground and self defense laws.
Any other state they could probably still have filed a civil suit for wrongful death.

i think Florida had some thing that basically made that suit impossible after he was not found guilty
basically he claimed self defense and the burden would be on the civil plaintiffs to overcome that defense
