So many rumors out there might as well throw what I heard and see if it matches yours. Heard more than one, not sure if more than 2, charges of aggravated assault or something along those lines as a juvy. No idea if true, just what I've been told. TIFWIW.

I haven't heard. But slick had someone feed him some info, remember him saying he was shocked the person was sharing it with him.

Seems like that would have come out somehow in the previous week if it was true.

Agree, which is why I am skeptical.... However, if he was a juvenile, wouldn't those records be sealed?

He's going to politicize it. This one isn't about gun control, so it'll be about race somehow like they tried to make Zimmerman.

If he had a son, he'd look like Big Mike in Ferguson.

I guess he'd be taking after Michelle's side of the family, in that case?

I told you guys that i work with the place his mother works at, and a person who would know, and should of kept his yapper shut, told me he has had issues with the law. Enough that had he not been a minor, he would of did jail time. He was going to get into detail, i stopped him.

I really didn't want the info, didnt ask for it, and told him i dont want to hear shite. I could get fired or we lose a huge account if some one over hears this dumb arse talking to me and the mother presses this place hard about us gossiping. frick that

Didn't his mother make an initial statement that he never "Robbed, stole, or hurt no one? I know there was a statement similar to that.... Then after the video came out, the family attorney had to say "We didn't say he was an angel".

If true, this info would deal a huge blow to a neutral observers position on the situation.

Yep if this goes to trial those juvenile offenses can't be used.

Fack that Bro, you have responsibilities to the OT to get that info.

We accept your apologies in advance for a terrible lapse in judgment... now go get it!

I'm just tired of the enabling that the black "community leaders" and others do to other black people. They won't hold them accountable and they'll reinforce the idea that the initial reaction these people had was warranted: frick white cops. I can't tell you how many times I've heard a news anchor or leader start a conversation with a local by saying, "It's understandable that your first reaction is to be angry/upset/mad..." knowing full well who that anger is directed toward.

Again, I'm not so concerned with Brown's past as I am his actions which led to his death.

So if the cop had a history of excessive force complaints, that would be irrelevant.

Wrong.. If those records were allowed in court they would be. Its how they build a picture of his character.

Agree, but his past actions can lend insight as to how he may have approached this situation too.

Exactly. But you know the drill, Browns won't matter and the cop will be hung publicly if he was in a fight in 1st grade.
