How about neither? The facts will be whatever the facts are. I just found hoping for one or the other to be odd. No biggie.
I can see an argument on both sides for why people would hope for a result if they felt it would be better for society. Some may hope that is was a bad kill to finally, in their opinion, bring to light a decades old problem of arbitrary violence by the police against blacks. And I can see people hoping that such things do not systemically happen and thus hope it was self defense/justified.
We do it with crime all the time both at the micro level (I hope the autopsy shows she wasn't raped or that it was natural causes) and the macro level (something like this).
Hoping the truth is one way or the other is different than hoping it is decided one way or the other regardless of the truth or in spite of it and being heavily biased towards that position.

Heres the video they just showed on CNN of Darren Wilson pacing after the shooting
Only two kinds of men pace like that:
1. A man expecting a baby.
2. A man who has done something he shouldn't have.

So the key things we are waiting on
1) Officers statement of what happened
2) Audio communications immediately before and after
3) Officers injuries from the confrontation
4) Browns Toxicology report
5) Counties Autopsy w/ X-rays and accompanying info.

You have obviously never been in a position where your life was in danger and or had to use deadly force to defend yourself.

just some peaceful taunting of police (nsfw)
It is because the cop didn't let them rub his head.

Okay. I'm going to stop now. Everybody is taking me too seriously.

Unless Brown was on PCP or bath salts, largely irrelevant.

Important.

Was that a joke?Sorry, maybe my sarcasm detector is not working.

That is incorrect. Not many people would act as you seem to think after they have taken a life.

This says more about the Rams than anything

It's my fault. I'm just following what the major news outlets are doing: acting ridiculous.

Gotcha. Seemed strange from you so I understand.
I apologize for being a smart arse back.

4) Browns Toxicology report
Brown is likely to test positive for marijuana but outside of making him hungry it's not likely to have caused him act irrationally

I hear what your saying. It's no big deal. My only concern is, if one hopes for one result of another, one will make the facts fit whatever their desired result is. Let the facts play out. They are changing way to fast as it is.

lol. Somewhat. I've followed your posts since last night. Good questions but you don't seem very experienced at these things. I would write a post that addresses most of your concern but it would fall waaay behind this thread roll.

I'm more interested if he had speed or pcp in his system.
