At this point though, Brown has lost all his innocence and glamour in the media eye with his pictures of him committing a robbery. Sorry if I dont believe his friends story of innocent little Michael throwing his hands up anymore

Again, I ask.... I was unaware that Fergusson was so close to St Louis... Was cleared up by Medic the other day.
Does Metro PD cover Ferguson too? I know they aren't the Ferguson PD, but do they have jurisdiction over Ferguson akin to a sheriff's department?

Investigate what?
I said at the very beginning it was unacceptable to let the "eyewitness" narrative run for almost 24 hours before having a police press conference. It's still unacceptable. They have has this information all along and sat on it for no discernible reason.

Long run is about a guy being shot by a cop. We don't know what happened though. We don't know the details yet.

No. They may have some sort of agreement. But it's certainly not a jurisdictional thing.

OR maybe they couldn't release the facts because it is easier to see what supposed "witnesses" are being honest or not.
Such as if someone says they saw the WHITE office shoot him when the officer was black they know the "witness" is not credible.
Thus you hold information so that the investigation isn't tainted by false information.

Having a physical confrontation with a store clerk in the course of a (petty) robbery does show you're ready to have a physical confrontation. This is pretty much going to make the story go away. Even if the police officer was still in the wrong.
