a media lady? He had a 2inch by 2 inch open wound.
Media was mixed in with the crowd. She wasn't dead was she. That's the non lethal part of these things.

This sums you up...No matter someone was breaking the law, the cops are in the wrong..

So because they "protect" us from anarchy its ok for them to protect their own when one of them screws up?

How in the frick does this sum ME up.
Someone suspected of a crime. Or of destroying evidence. But not arrested for or actually caught with evidence is chocked out until his eyes fill with blood. Kid is an honors student and underage.
Just because HE MAY have been breaking the law he is assaulted horribly and chocked to near the point of fricking death. Because a cop thought he may have swallowed a loratab?
Your retort is, I'm an a-hole for saying the cop was in the wrong?
How bout the cop was fricking fired you dipshit.
How about them apples. Kid got a brand new Mustang from the lawsuit.
How about that. Now who was in the wrong now?

You missed the part where the cops "thought" he had a pill.
Never said the kid was trying to swallow a pill. They "thought" he was.
Is that action justified over an assumption?

I hope one day when you really need a cop, you get that a-hole, who doesn't like the way you talked to him, and he gives you a nice lash with his baton maybe knocks a tooth out.
I hope that for you.
I hope that for you.

You are a dumbshit circular logic fricker.

First off, you didn't start out with the statistics BS until you were given proof of something you initially didn't believe.
That was not proof. It was a slanted article with biased statistics, being presented in a biased manner. I'm sorry if you don't understand statistics when they are presented in a factual manner.
quote:
You asked for the proof of more citizens being killed by police than soldiers dying in Iraq.
I never asked for proof of more citizens being killed by police than soldiers dying in Iraq, that was graciously placed before us like a liberal lamb ready for the slaughter.
quote:
When given proof, you then tried this BS tactic to explain away how it's ok.
You are comparing two statistics that are different sample sizes, and pretending that it justifies your argument.
quote:
It's not ok. It's not right. There needs to be a fundamental change in the police in this country.
There needs to be a fundamental change in this country. Period. It's a societal problem moreso than it is a political problem.

What point ate you making? You deflecting? I'm talking about freedom to protest a right that Founding fathers fought a WAR for and MADE a country for.

You really think that if the people decided to live in anarchy, we couldn't overpower the police with sheer numbers?
We don't. Why? Respect and fear. Those mufuggers carry guns for a living.
quote:
Police have killed the same amount of citizens in this country the past ten years as American soldiers have died in Iraq, a warzone.
Get fuggin real. What's the percentages of each?

The statement wasn't about percentages. It was just to show that one number equals another. It is in no way saying that you have a better chance of being shot by a cop than dying in war.
It's just that 5,000 died here, 5,000 over there.
In comparison in that same time frame 10,000 died by fresh water snails.
