Not to be confused with Joan Van Ark who is seen in this photo on the set of Quark on this date in 1977.

I don't pay enough attention to generations. I'm sure you're closer to right. I can't remember and took a shot in the dark.

X12 in the 1760s sounds wild too though. My great grandfather was born in the 1880s.

I have an aunt who was really into it and traced the line all the way back to the first records in what's now Louisiana. She put it all together into a binder for us years ago.

I wonder what every day life was like in that era.
I mean not counting the stake burning activities.

True, he migrated to Louisiana in the 1760s.. not sure how old he was at the time. Probably was born early 1700s.. good catch.

I obviously keep a handy Truth guide that is even more helpful that checking subjective “facts.” I keep it ready for copy-pasting into Romanist threads that usually get whacked, so I don’t waste a bunch of time.
Here’s some Truth from my anti-“necromancy” and false-priesthood reference section:
1 Timothy 2:5
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
Hebrews 4:14–16
Seeing then that we have a great high priest... Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities...
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
Hebrews 7:25
Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
To keep it balanced, here a list of verses that tell us to pray to dead people:
