Sprite will no longer be sold in green bottles...

KSL News

Coca-Cola said Wednesday it's changing the packaging from green to clear plastic beginning Aug. 1 as part of broader efforts to become more environmentally responsible. Sprite's current plastic contains green polyethylene terephthalate, an additive that can't be recycled into new bottles, a key initiative for the company as it looks to reduce plastic waste.

Glad you caught it too. Coke had to turn the green bottle clear to be more "green".

I had no clue until the ramp up in commercials targeting African Americans

I think that is their drink of choice based off of commercials I see

I avoid caffeine after about 2pm. Sprite is one of the options I consider if I'm going to have a softdrink late in the day. That and rootbeer are my usual 2 options.

seriously. i don't think i've had a sprite in 30 years that wasn't to avoid dehydration after not being able to keep anything else down after a stomach bug.

and at that point..sprite tastes like the nectar of the GODS to me.
