Some of you probably saw my first post about going to Biloxi this weekend. In case you are wondering, I might post one more time about this event, but it will include pictures and talk about how everything went.

I managed to a get a hotel in Biloxi, but it costs 2x the going rate per day. I appreciate the advice as I didn't want to drive an hour out.

But exactly how bad will the traffic be this weekend, are we talking bumper to bumper or heavy police presence? I decided BYOB in case all the stores are closed or sold out.

And for safety, is vandalism a serious problem in Biloxi? If anybody familiar with the area has advice on precautions, I would appreciate it.

Thank You

Most people there opt for personal security, tucked into the waistband of their sweatpants

Don't get in the water. You'll get a flesh eating bacteria up your pee hole.

I may be stepping out on a limb here but I doubt there are too many people on this board that have a lot of personal experience with Biloxi Spring Break (other than a few people that live in that area).

It will be bumper to bumper on 90 in the coliseum area. You'd be better served to walk in that area.

Vandalism is never an issue in Biloxi. Been there 100s of times and never had as much as a scratch on my vehicle. Never been during spring break, though.

Wise move to pay 2x as much for a hotel. It would have cost you that in time and gas to drive 70 miles each way every day.

You serious, Clark?

Seriously though, with Boosie gone will be a ghost town. Right?

I think I preferred when you were posting about finding a job three times a week.

Depends on what hotel you're staying at. If you're staying by the Island View then take Hwy 49 exit. If you're staying by the Beau Rivage, Hard Rock, IP then take the Hwy 110 exit. Beach Blvd is going to be packed regardless.

Normally, probably not.

During Spring Break? Probably so.
