There are laws about this. Don't just go splitting shite up on what you think is fair. Disbursements should be made according to his will. If he has no will, then there are laws that dictate how his estate is disbursed which vary depending on the state. Contact an attorney.

For dealing with people like this they deserve it.

My older sis (the greedy evil one) filed for it but was told it had to include the other siblings... EXCEPT for the daughters (C,D) of wife 2 (who were adopted by their stepdad)

I hope a licensed attorney did not give you this advice. La. CHC 1218.

What the hell are you talking about? The oldest sibling called "dibs" and that's legally binding. No take backs.

I think I may be some kind of autistic savant because I understood that perfectly without having to go back over it.

the fact you arent talking to a lawyer and are instead coming to the OT tells me you live in a trailer.

And 3 wives.

And 7 kids.

Wife 3 - 50% (she can do whatever with it when it comes to her kids)

A,B,C,D - 25% ea of the remaining 50%

depends on the state. i believe Louisiana has forced heir ship laws where you cant prevent a legal child from getting a part of the inheritance

Go see a lawyer.

This is why i have a will, so there is no fighting after i am dead...

It has to be, he can't respond after he's dead.

Screw paying lawyers this is the law in Louisiana. Unless a will states otherwise this is how the money will be split. So congrats you get 1/12th.

Wow. Reading that gave me a seizure.

However, if you're in charge of how it is split...I'd split it equally with all who deserve it. That's the only way to be fair.
