Yeah, calling California the worst state is just crazy.
It has to be Mississippi or West Virginia. There really are no other true contenders.

Athens music scene is pretty damn legit. A long with that campus being the nicest in the SEC imo.
Savannah is also a cool town with a nice food scene. Atlanta and the surrounding areas are awesome. But I wouldn't say Georgia w/o ATL equals Mississippi.
