So is a fear of snakes, which are easily visible and mostly harmless.

Spiders, on the other hand, are much more worthy of fear.

I hate roaches. Snakes, spiders, no worries. One crawled up my leg as a kid. Can't get past that.

I have had pet snacks. I am not scared of spiders nor roaches, but I do not particularly like them.

Considering the number of watch threads I've seen here, and that this is the first one devoted to creep crawly fears, I think a bigger fear on this board is not being able to get a new watch that costs as much as a car.

Just an observation, don't start throwing bricks or anything. Laugh it up yall, chuckle chuckle.

Personally I'm not particularly scared of snakes either, but being scared of some species makes a ton more sense than being scared of just about all spiders. This is an indisputable fact.

I cant stand spiders. Absolutely hate them. One of my dogs was bit by a brown recluse when I was a kid and by the time we realized what happened to her, it was too late to save her.

Wasp are the devil. HIGHLY allergic to them and I start getting chest pains if I get stung. Even though I hate spiders, if I could rid the earth of one insect , it would have to be wasps. Spiders at least have small purpose in life.

Roach.
Will catch a venomous snake bare handed.
Kill roaches with 20-ft. wasp spray because the length of a broom is far too close.

Up until about a year ago I would've said snake. I got bit on my side by my ribcage by an unknown spider, the er thinks it was a brown recluse. Within a few hours you could see giant red lines going from the bite mark toward my heart. Doctors said the lines meant it was killing those blood vessel as the venom traveled to the heart. Still have a big scar from the hole it left. frick spiders for real.
