I wish nothing but the worst for attorneys. The ones Ive dealt with are blood sucking slime. Ive been sued for

1) a tree falling on a parked car on a property of mine

2) a person getting shot outside a nightclub in a shopping center I owned

I spent a small fortune dealing with both lawsuits and was found not guilty in either case

Sounds like you have at least one lawyer to be thankful for.

You know, not all lawyers are litigators.

So, some lawyers protected you from losing everything and you hate them. Sounds legit.

Its a sad day when you can be sued in this country for simply owning a property and having two thugs shoot each other and you're to blame for not having enough security.

The other one someone was parked under a tree at a store I own, during a storm, and a branch fell and damaged their car, because I forced mother nature to purposely destroy their car of course.

Just saying the low end lawyers who can sue for anything are a drain on society thats all.

The first rule of being a happy lawyer is not to talk about being a happy lawyer, especially not around other lawyers.

you'd probably be surprised to find out I completely agree with you. I don't take soft tissue cases or property damages cases.

Despite your claim to happiness, many, including myself, will always look down on your profession.

Why do you think our government is so screwed up? It is made up of mostly ex lawyers...

I think one of the reasons I am happy is because I know exactly what I am. I don't pretend to be some sophisticated person. I am in a service industry and I act like it.
