You gonna jinx millions of people here on GC baw. You best get a voodoo woman to try to undo bad mojo you created.
ETA: You might also try going to confession and doing extra penance.

The GFS has the gulf and the Atlantic basin quiet through 384 hours which is after Labor Day.

Liking the sound of that!

You need a pattern of fronts getting well into the gulf to close it. Typically need about 8-10 more weeks for that to happen

What part of the gulf do you live in? Not the part that includes Texas, LA, MS, AL, and FLA apparently.

I'm talking about actual significant storms. Not rain events what wouldn't of been mentioned 30 years ago.

These hypes are only in the news because it help push the globalist warming agenda. It feeds right into people's need to feel "victims"

been closed for a few years now. Don't tell the to global warming alarmists on this board though. Somehow they managed to convince the public that highly the irregular, but not unheard of, few bad storms were going to be mainstream from now on. And several idiots on this board ate that shite up. I'm sure the insurance companies didn't mind one bit and probably pushed that agenda on to the useful idiots

What are the current storm prediction numbers? Didn't they come out with a gloomy forecast 2 weeks ago? I can't find it for some reason.

Yes, the coast guard put a sign out by Key West that said “We’re closed”

I’m not a climate change guy but FFS do you realize how many major hurricanes have hit the gulf coast recently?

Michael?
Ian?
Sally?
Idalia?
Laura?
Delta?
Zeta?
Ida?
Beryl?

Tempting fate by saying the gulf is closed is asking for it and pretending there haven’t been significant storms is flat out disrespectful to the people who had their lives turned upside down from Fort Myers to Houston the last few years.

Again, the warming agenda has done a great job of convincing people they are victims.

Michael was a Cat 5.

Most of the rest were Cat 3 or bigger.

Anything cat 3 or larger is by definition a major hurricane.

The others I listed were major impacts due to rainfall or where they made landfall.

I’m trying to be patient with you but you seem to have an agenda and arent well informed on this topic.
