A pot of green beans on a gas stove reminds me of my elementary school days and my Mamaw’s kitchen. The smell of fish right after you catch them. Spent shotgun shells. Sometimes it just a random whiff of perfume of even cigarette smoke from a distance that can trigger a deep sense of familiarity.

Fresh cut grass - football days
Coffee
Camp fire
Fine cigar
Stripper perfume - that cheap seductive crap
Boot/saddle leather
First whiff of salt air
Fresh mountain air as you gasp for oxygen
Mix of stale beer/cigarettes walking into a pub - fun is on the way
BBQ - somebody’s grillin something

Smell of a chainsaw running and fresh cut firewood. Takes me back to all the time spent with my dad cutting firewood when I was a kid.

Those first few shotgun shells that are shot on opening day of duck season

Ah, the difference in men and women…. Keeps the world balanced…

Spent shotgun shells, outboard exhaust, creosote pilings and a marsh, to flowers and laundry.

I wouldn’t want my husband to smell flowery and yall wouldn’t want your woman to smell like Marsh. Our differences are a good thing.

When it's Fall. idk how but you can just smell it

I always tell people it smells like "playoff baseball". That fall smell always coincides with the MLB playoffs starting and it's magnificent.

That smell always reminds me that school was about to be over and summer is about to start. Ah, the good ol 1980's.
