Sorry had a little technical difficulty. Anyway this little beast has been hanging out in my yard the last few days. Never seen one like this before. Any ideas?

Brown widows as well as black widows make messy disorganized looking webs. Web in OP is orderly.
Someone earlier said Orb weaver but there are tons of different orb weavers with varied morphology.
