I believe that someone has to have purchased that location recently because it looks like the roof is being replaced. But I could be wrong.

I would really prefer to live there but I’m in love with my house. I am unimpressed with the north shore restaurant scene though. Let them know to get that in order before my arrival.

They need to make 190 and 21 into a traffic circle. This intersection screws up everything.

It all connects just only at two spots really. The rivers split covington. So yeah, without waterways in south Louisiana, you could build more roads.

But on the weekend mornings there is no traffic going into town.

Compared to?

Nola? Well that’s a diff animal. But check this out, Nola locals moved to the north shore to open restaurants.

People not from Louisiana move to Nola to open restaurants.

By "good" he means no Golden Corrals, or all you can eat Chinese buffets.

I don't think there's that big of a gap between the restaurant scenes of mandeville/covington and BR.

I don't need a guided tour but I would love to know about and where some of the more esoteric historical sites are located.

No lie. That stretch of N. Tyler from 21 to 190 … that’s third world.

Otherwise, yeah Covington is evolving nicely.

Service on the NS is horrible. Alot of good chefs and concepts but service just kills it.

I'll opt for places like Fat Boys pizza over Isabella's or Pomodori (if I am eating in) because the service is just so inconsistent. You shouldn't have to go to 527 or Dakota to get good service.

Probably the worst pizza on the Northshore.

They definitely have a handful of those in Covington along 190 and north after you cross Bogue Falaya. Covington also has a lot of other types of restaurants. There are plenty of suitable restaurants to pick from in Covington.
