Y’all need to ignore the troll saying this isn’t due to vaccine mandates.

I don’t give a rats arse about the vaccine. But I also work for a major airline that is being impacted by this and I can 100 percent tell you it’s due to vaccine mandates lol

Looking at Southwest's issues I would be looking to another airline

This for sure.

As a heads up, we have a thread on the travel board if people need help trying to get home. Doing our best but not easy to find flights in this situation

This is due to SWA pilots using sick time before they are terminated for not being vaccinated in November.

Do they not get paid unused PTO on their last paycheck?

ClientNumber9 and Southwest are blaming the weather.

Just look at a weather map of the country right now. The weather is not causing this.

Missionary position.

Weak pull out game leads to subsequent collapse following climax and eventual suffocation.

ETA

Sorry, I’m pretty sure I incorrectly read the OP.

Mea culpa.

Don’t know a single company that pays you out if fired

Now resigning on own, yes, but also depends on policy.

ETA: and also depends on state too. I believe in Louisiana you have to be paid out if voluntarily leaving, in Texas, not so much.

Time to stop traveling for a while. 3rd trip this month and I’ve had issues every time. 2x’s SW.

Will not be booking them again.

Every large company I know pays out PTO at end of employment voluntary or not. It’s usually determined by company policy and detailed in ee handbook.

imagine being you

being forced to get a medical vaccine or get fired, they are choosing fired, and you try to make it a “lOl rEpUbLiCaNs aRe hYpOcRiTeS” post

it is simply the ripple affect Democrats and masked Covidians are doing to this country, but even more amazing is they don’t want to accept any responsibility for it

Everywhere that I have worked you are paid out unused vacation/PTO, but you are not usually paid out for unused sick time when you are terminated or resign.

Vaccine mandates for children have not only been considered socially acceptable--even desirable--for years, they have been ruled to be constitutional by multiple court cases.

Yet here you are, presumably a fully grown adult crying about them and calling me stupid.
